Dog Boarding & Day Care Home
At Loose Leash Club Haus, my two terriers and I welcome carefully selected canine guests into our homey, artsy space for a cozy, safe boarding experience. Soon, I’ll be adding homemade healthy dog treats and outdoor dog pools to the mix!

🐾Club Haus Rules & Policies
🫷🏼 NO TRESPASSING
This is a private home—not a public facility or storefront. For the safety, security, and well-being of both the dogs in my care and myself, all drop-offs, pickups, and any visits must be scheduled and confirmed in advance. This is not a location where visitors can arrive without notice. Unscheduled or uninvited appearances will not be accepted and are considered trespassing.
I maintain strict boundaries to sustain the peaceful, organized environment that I offer to my clients and their dogs. Allowing random visitors compromises that safety and order. Respect for this structure is non-negotiable.
🚫 ZERO TOLERANCE FOR AGGRESSION
For everyone's safety, this space stays calm and friendly. Dogs showing signs of aggression, defensive guarding, or bullying will need to be picked up promptly—no refunds. If your dog has a history of reactivity or behavior issues, this isn't the right fit (growling, snapping, guarding, scratching)
💩 POTTY TRAINED IS A MUST
Accidents are understandable—new places can be stressful. But if your dog is marking (territorial peeing), having repeated indoor accidents, or pooping indoors, it will be treated as a behavior issue. First time, I'll simply let you know. After that, a cleanup fee may apply to help keep the space clean for everyone. Excessive issues in any of these areas may result in your dog being declined for future visits. Any unpaid cleanup fees will be added to your client record and must be cleared before your next booking.
🚨 EMERGENCY BEHAVIOR-BASED PICKUP
If your dog's behavior seriously disrupts the environment (aggression, nonstop barking, unsafe play, repeated accidents), I will contact you for immediate pickup. This is a non-refundable situation. If you're unable to arrive right away (due to work, distance, etc.), your dog will be safely placed in my outdoor 5x5 pen for containment until pickup—giving you up to 2 hours to arrive. If you cannot return until your scheduled pickup time, a $40 containment fee will apply for every 3-hour block until pickup.
🕒 STANDARD LATE PICKUP
Please Be On Time:
A late pickup beyond 25 minutes will result in a $10 late fee.
If you are unavailable to pick up your dog within their scheduled pickup window (end of daycare or boarding stay), a $40 extended care fee will apply for every 3-hour block until pickup.
🚫 REFUSAL OR NON-COMMUNICATION
If you refuse to pick up your dog outright, or if 6 hours pass with no communication or arrival, I reserve the right to arrange third-party boarding, kenneling, or alternative care at your full expense. This will result in immediate and permanent termination of future services.
🤍 NO DRAMA CLAUSE
If you disrespect boundaries, lie about your dog's behavior, or cause stress, confusion, or extra labor, you'll be removed from my client list permanently.
⏰ TIME & PAYMENT BOUNDARIES
Overnight = 24 hrs from drop-off.
Daycare caps at 12 hrs — no overnight rollover.
Late pickup past 24 hrs = $40/hr. every 3 hours
Full prepayment required to rebook.
Cancellations happen—just let me know as early as you can.
🫰 PRORATED PRICING POLICY
Rates are based on total hours from drop-off to pick-up. Your rate is determined at drop-off, according to your expected pick-up time. Early pick-ups are welcome but do not adjust the rate set at drop-off.
🏡 HAUS VIBES ONLY
This isn’t a free-for-all. I welcome dogs who bring calm, friendly energy into the space. Barking nonstop, acting wild, guarding toys, or getting pushy with other dogs just doesn’t work here. My home stays peaceful so everyone can relax and enjoy themselves. Good vibes only—for every pup’s happiness and safety.
